going through loss
There is nothing like sounds of a mother crying after losing her child. There is nothing like the sound of silent grief of people losing their friend. The pain is excruciating and dull at the same time. There is no explanation and nothing that can make it hurt less.
organizing a surprise for my Dad’s birthday and hanging out with little nephews and niece
visiting Chicago for the first time
meeting a lot of new people
going to Cubs game
seeing 2 towers that look like Minsk "Kukuruza” towers
singing along to “Bring me to life” by Evanescence
finally seeing Nitehawks by Hopper
keeping in touch with friends and colleagues
giving a tour of Williamsburg to a couple of good old friends
making another miniature
watching Ernie
going to Rockaway for breakfast
celebrating C. birthday
dining at Peter Luger for the first time
